Do you have a baby book? Have you started to put together a scrap book about your new baby? Or do you plan on some day putting together a scrapbook of all your wonderful pictures and items, but they are in a storage bin like so many of us? We want to give you a page that can be added to your baby book, scrapbook, or storage bin!
Please choose a sheet below; you will be able to add your baby’s name and birth date. Once you print out, you will be able to paste a picture in the box provided (3 x 5 should fit).
We want you to have something to show your little one when they are old enough so that they know they were born a life saver.
